IDC Project Management and history
IDC Project Management, is a brand name of MMC Project Management Ltd and has been established to support our sister company, IDC Solutions GmBH. Our team provides expertise in design, manufacture, assembly, supply chain and manufacturing across all real estate sectors.
We offer a holistic service from design and management of MMC Kits of Parts, logistics, sequencing, DfMA, manufacturing and assembly of components. We evaluate the impact of decisions based on real life data and provide a simple framework to allow informed decision making.
