Confidential KSA Giga Project 2022-23

We were engaged to provide leadership to the Industrialized Design and Construction strategy over an 18 month period.

This included developing processes to facilitate a Design for Manufacture and Assembly mindset and provide early stage conceptual designs for MMC Kits of Parts systems.

Confidential KSA Giga Project 2023-24

We were asked to develop strategic systems to support the project in 3 key areas:

1. Evaluation of optimum MMC technologies

2. Supply Chain Assessment

3. Transformation of Operating Model

An analysis was presented as part of the final reports covering financial and, non-financial impact on the business.

Confidential Component Manufacturer

Working with a new KSA market entrant we were engaged to develop the approach to localisation and produce a strategy with the intent of moving from an importer to local manufacturer. This included developing an MMC Kit of Parts for use with Real Estate Developers and providing a go to market strategy based on our knowledge of the local market.
